A company is looking for a Senior LTI Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end administration of LTI programs, including calculations and documentation
Manage cap tables with audit trails and run the full grant lifecycle
Prepare executive-ready reports and support broader compensation and benefits initiatives
Required Qualifications
Experience with 2-3+ full annual LTI cycles (phantom / virtual stock preferred)
Proficient in cap table ownership and modeling dilution scenarios
Fluency in equity math and share-price methodology
Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets with a focus on automation
Ability to communicate complex data clearly to executives and shareholders
