BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Manager (RN required) for our Jersey City, NJ Assistive Care State Programs office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout Hudson County.

Responsibilities for a Clinical RN Manager :

• Lead, inspire and motivate Bayada staff to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our Assistive Care clients to conduct assessments in Hudson County, NJ
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise home health aides (CHHA) and other non-clinical staff in the homes.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
