Senior Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for management reporting, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, benchmarking and peer analysis, and other value-added financial analysis to assist the organization in making financial and strategic decisions.

Education & Experience
Knowledge of :
Financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and financial modeling.Banking industry accounting and financial concepts.GAAP and financial principles.Excel spreadsheet proficiency.Understanding of the internal control and risk environment.Ability to :
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Extremely strong analytical, problem-solving skills and business acumen.Analytical ability to interpret data and present it in a meaningful and easily understood form while providing recommendations.Act as a trusted partner to bank leadership.Education and Training :
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.5+ years in finance or accounting roles (Level : Senior).Requires proficient usage of Microsoft Office products; PowerBI experience preferred; Axiom financial software knowledge preferred.Benefits and Compensation
Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.
(Base Pay Range : $80,000 - $110,000 / year)
