Located in Leola, PA we are Dexco Racking, manufacturer of Dexco Structural Steel I-Beam Racking Systems. We are a well-established, successful, and growing metal fabrication company that has been in business since 1962. We engineer and manufacture structural steel racking systems to safely meet nearly any weight requirement. Our racks are ideal for storing industrial materials such as lumber, coils, dies, pipe tubing, bar stock, sheet metal and glass supporting loads ranging from 2,000 to 80,000 pounds. Our racks deliver well-engineered and reliable solutions for all varieties of industrial storage. With our focus on safety, superior quality and great people ... our racks are built to last!

Job Description

The successful candidate will be working in our maintenance department, supporting our production floor by maintaining and servicing the equipment and machines used day-today to meet production goals, to include : troubleshooting equipment failures, routine and emergency mechanical, hydraulic / pneumatic and electrical maintenance.

Standard Work Schedule :

1st Shift : Monday - Friday 6 : 00am to 2 : 00pm

2nd Shift : Monday - Friday 2 : 00pm to 10 : 00pm

$1.50 shift premium for 2nd

Mandatory shift(s) or working before / past normal shift hours may be asked as well as MANDATORY OT on occasion.

Language Skills - The work requires you to be able to follow verbal instructions as well as read and understand production documentation that details what needs to be completed on each part, the information is in English, so reading, understanding, and writing in English is a requirement in order to complete the tasks at hand.
