Job Description

Prepare detailed mechanical cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to identify project requirements.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure accurate cost data.

Review and refine estimates to ensure alignment with project budgets and client expectations.

Participate in project bid reviews and presentations to support the decision-making process.

Stay updated on industry trends, materials pricing, and construction techniques to ensure accurate estimates.

Provide support during the project execution phase by clarifying estimation details as needed.
