We are currently seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to join our Credit Partners Division at our Downtown Miami office . This individual will assist in the underwriting and evaluation of multifamily private credit investments and assist in the asset management and reporting functions of the investments.

This is a highly visible role that works closely with senior leadership and plays a key part in shaping investment decisions and long-term strategy of the division.

Responsibilities include :

Investment Analysis & Financial Modeling

• Support the development and maintenance of financial models for prospective and active real estate investments.
• Evaluate deal structures, capital stacks, and return metrics (IRR, equity multiples, etc.).
• Assist with preparing financing packages for lenders, investors, and joint venture partners.
• Conduct market research to inform rent, expense, and absorption assumptions.
• Analyze rental trends and gather data through broker outreach and industry resources.
• Contribute to evaluating investment strategies, including cash flow projections, returns, and disposition scenarios.
