An established construction firm is looking for a Construction Project & Estimator Specialist to join its team. This role is focused on backend project management support, including accurate pricing, proposal leveling, and scheduling. The position requires a strong eye for detail, solid estimating skills, and the ability to keep multiple projects organized and on track.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractor pricing.
• Review and level proposals from vendors and subcontractors for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Assist with setting up job schedules and tracking project progress.
• Support backend project management tasks such as reporting, documentation, and administrative coordination.
• Ensure all estimates and proposals align with project requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to collect data for pricing and scheduling.
• Maintain well-organized records of estimates, proposals, and project schedules.
• Other duties as assigned.
