Water Services Asset Manager
The City of Saint Paul is seeking an Asset Manager to help safeguard and strengthen one of the region's most vital public resourcesour drinking water system. Saint Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS) provides safe, reliable drinking water to more than 450,000 people every day through an extensive system of treatment facilities, pump stations, storage reservoirs, and over 1,100 miles of distribution mains. Maintaining and improving this system is critical to public health, environmental stewardship, and the long-term resilience of our community. As a key member of the Engineering Division, the Asset Manager will play a central role in shaping how SPRWS plans, maintains, and invests in its infrastructure. This position will drive the development of a comprehensive, utility-wide asset management program, guide the use of cutting-edge tools like WACS and GIS, and help ensure our decisions are data-driven, cost-effective, and aligned with national best practices such as AWWA and ISO 55000.
