A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to enhance customer satisfaction and retention through effective support.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via chat, email, and phone to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Educate customers on product usage and create training materials to enhance their experience
Track customer requests and issues, reporting software bugs and collaborating with the support team
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a technical customer support role or similar
Experience with web and mobile applications for effective troubleshooting
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new product features
Curiosity and willingness to take ownership of customer interactions
Experience in the support function of a SaaS company is a plus
