Job Title : Architectural CAD / Revit Drafter II

Pay Range : $26 – $32 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Schedule : Full-Time or Part-Time (flexible based on availability)

Work Environment : Hybrid (Office / Home) | Monday through Friday

Join our dynamic team as an Architectural CAD / Revit Drafter II, where you'll play a key role in designing and drafting innovative structures and interiors. Responsibilities

• Create Detailed Designs : Use CAD and BIM software to produce full-scale, detailed architectural designs based on the Design Director's schematics.
• Ensure Compliance : Study building codes and regulations to ensure designs meet all requirements.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines : Organize and integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs into cohesive plans.
• Draft Plans : Develop plans for right-of-way (ROW) work, grading, buildings, and structures based on input from engineers and design professionals.
• Conduct Site Visits : Gather data from job sites to inform and refine your designs.
• Coordinate with Officials : Interact with city and county officials to address permit plan-check comments and clarifications.
• Problem-Solve : Identify design flaws and make revisions as needed.
• Support the Team : Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the success of the team.
