Mobile Technician
A Mobile Technician is responsible for maintaining safe banking facilities by performing periodic operating checks, minor repairs and preservation activities. Responsible for conducting daily inspections of property sidewalks and parking lots / grounds to maintain a safe facility.
Job Responsibilities :
- Notifies Maintenance Supervisor of any need for major repairs; additions to lighting, heating and ventilation systems or equipment.
- Preserves banking facilities by performing minor and routine electrical work, changing lighting fixtures and bulbs, plumbing, painting, carpentry and any other related maintenance activities.
- Keeps banking facilities and office safe from casualties by removing any obstruction or parcels from walkways and doorways.
- Assists in the delivery of supplies by placing items in their proper storage areas.
- May be required to attend to emergency repairs as assigned, working a schedule other than the normal work hours.
- Responsible for alerting staff and customers of any malfunctioning or faulty equipment or hazardous conditions by posting signs.
- Work with other mechanics when necessary to assist in completion of tasks.
Additional Accountability :
Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.Job Requirements :
Required Qualifications :
Education level required : High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.Minimum experience required : 2+ Years conducting building repair and maintenance work.Job Competencies :
General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.Knowledge of safety procedures as related to maintenance functions.Knowledge of OSHA guidelines.Strong mechanical skills.Computer literate with basic proficiency in internet navigation, word processing, spreadsheet applications.Good communication, coordination, customer service and leadership skills.Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.Ability to drive a company-owned vehicle to various geographic locations as assigned.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted or assisting others (with or without) using mechanical equipment.Ability to work in an environment with exposure to dust, dirt and various weather conditions.Ability to occasionally work outside and operate seasonal equipment (e.g. snow blower, grass cutter, gas generators).Ability to work "on-call" and / or a flexible schedule as necessary.Expected to travel to corporate offices and / or branch locations in assigned footprint.Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders by communicating clearly, engaging in proactive collaboration, and leveraging cross functional insights.
