HVAC Service Manager
As our HVAC Service Manage, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our service department—ensuring efficient scheduling, high-quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. You’ll mentor technicians, streamline processes, and help shape the future of our business as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and schedule a team of HVAC service technicians
Oversee service calls, diagnostics, repairs, and installations
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), team productivity, and client satisfaction
Manage dispatching and workflow to maximize efficiency
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
Enforce safety standards and company policies
Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of team members
Collaborate across departments to align service offerings with client needs
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
2+ years in a supervisory or management role
Valid EPA Certification and HVAC license
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service mindset
Familiarity with scheduling software, service platforms, and Microsoft Office
Service Titan experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license required
Pass Background Check
