We are looking for a dependable and meticulous Call Center Specialist to work for a company located in Des Moines, IA. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service while working in person with the possibility of working remotely. The ideal candidate will excel in navigating multiple screens, managing insurance-related inquiries, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Responsibilities :

Answer and make customer calls, delivering polite and attentive support.

Update and maintain accurate insurance records across various systems.

Research and resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently.

Enter data with exceptional accuracy and careful attention to detail.

Coordinate appointments and ensure detailed documentation of customer interactions.

Address email inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.

Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to navigate between multiple screens.

Must live in Des Moines or surrounding areas.

Excellent communication and follow-through abilities.

Ability to work remotely with a high level of dependability and attention to detail.
