Pay Range : $45,000-$55,000

Schedule : Monday-Friday | Full-Time

Our client, a well-established organization based in Grand Rapids, is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives on accuracy, and wants to make an impact within a collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities :

Maintain and update financial records with accuracy and consistency

Prepare reconciliations of bank accounts and transactions

Compile and generate reports to assist with business planning and decision making

Partner with cross-functional teams to support smooth financial operations

Qualifications :

Previous bookkeeping or accounting support experience

Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Clear communicator with a team-oriented mindset
