A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success (Remote - US East Coast).
Key Responsibilities
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers, Customer Success Engineers, and TechOps Engineers
Own the full customer journey, ensuring consistent delivery of value through onboarding, support, and renewals
Develop operational excellence through segmentation models, playbooks, and performance metrics reporting
Required Qualifications
7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Post-Sales leadership, preferably in SaaS and on-prem infrastructure software
Experience managing both relationship-focused and technical / implementation-focused teams
Proven track record of improving Net Revenue Retention, onboarding efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Strong leadership skills with experience in scaling teams
Data-driven approach to strategy and execution
