Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and execute test plans and test cases
- Perform manual and automated testing on various platforms and applications
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects
- Document test results and provide actionable feedback
- Ensure the quality and stability of software releases
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements
- Conduct testing for Point-of-Sale (POS) systems to ensure seamless retail operations
- Perform web testing to validate functionality, usability, and performance across browsers and devices
- Test Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) workflows to ensure a smooth customer experience
