Marketing Intern

HarperCollins Children's Books is seeking a creative, organized, and dynamic Marketing Intern to provide support for and work alongside our early reader and backlist marketing teams. The role requires a detail-oriented and creative individual, able to multi-task and set priorities. We're a dedicated and enthusiastic team looking for a fellow savvy digital and traditional marketer to join us!

Responsibilities

• Develop a working understanding of the teams and tasks involved in the publication of HarperCollins Children's books
• Learn important publishing software programs and use them to assist in administrative tasks, creating marketing copy for social media posts, influencer outreach, blog posts, and other departmental functions
• Participate in photoshoots and content brainstorms with marketing and digital teams
• Assist with creation of static and digital assets for marketing campaigns and social promotion
• Coordinate marketing mailings for buzz building campaigns to influencers
