Director, Program Performance & Membership

This position is a central partner to the President & CEO, ensuring programs run smoothly and members receive exceptional value. This Director will coordinate issues management across departments, track organizational priorities, and build analytics to monitor workflows, efficiencies, and where time is being spent. With an enterprise view of organization's work, the Director will also drive member engagement and retention by demonstrating ROI and supporting board priorities.
What You'll Do
- Ensure strong communication flow between the CEO and staff
- Coordinate and track day-to-day operations of programs and projects
- Develop and implement program strategies and objectives aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor and help maintain program and project budgets
- Build analytics to track workflows, efficiencies, and staff time allocation, using insights to improve impact
- Support members through clear, timely communication that demonstrates value
- Build and sustain a strong, engaged membership base and support ROI for membership retention
- Partner with existing members to ensure they are fully utilizing their benefits (e.g., committee representation, program awareness)
- Respond to new member inquiries and highlight value
- Travel to association events and member locations, as needed
What You'll Need to Succeed (Requirements)
