A company is looking for a Software Engineer (Full Stack) to develop and deploy machine learning engineering features for customer support management.
Key Responsibilities :
Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of MLE features for customer support management
Build and maintain scalable and secure full stack applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality features
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in full stack software engineering, ideally in SaaS or AI / ML-driven products
Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and back-end technologies
Experience with cloud platforms and containerization
Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and deployment automation
