Role
Counsel position supporting all activities across fund formation and management, portfolio company support and regulatory guidance in the digital asset space. Reports to Assistant General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fund formation and management for venture and hedge fund strategies
- Provide regulatory guidance on digital asset investments and compliance
- Draft and negotiate investment agreements and transaction documents
- Advise blockchain / crypto portfolio companies on various legal matters
- Monitor and interpret evolving crypto regulations
