Job Summary
The Chemical Engineer will support process design, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities at BaRupOn's chemical operations facility in Liberty, TX. This associate-level role includes hands-on support for batch processes, production optimization, equipment troubleshooting, and documentation. Ideal candidates bring technical experience in chemical or industrial operations, strong analytical skills, and a safety-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day chemical production, including batch mixing, monitoring, and adjustments
- Assist with troubleshooting chemical processes and plant equipment issues
- Conduct routine checks on temperature, pressure, and flow data for process consistency
- Review and update P&IDs, SOPs, and chemical safety documentation
- Participate in quality control testing and ensure production meets specifications
- Monitor waste streams, environmental controls, and regulatory reporting
- Work with maintenance and safety teams on planned outages and inspections
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and yield optimization
