  • Enterprise Modernization & Infrastructure Services Cybersecurity Solutions & Workforce Optimization End User Computing & IT Staffing Services We deliver innovative, cost-efficient IT solutions — from the data center to the desktop — helping organizations modernize operations, strengthen security, and achieve their business goals. 💼 What You’ll Do As an Inside Sales Representative, you will : Promote and sell ATS’s IT hardware, software, and service solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Support Account Executives by preparing quotes, configuring solutions, and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure satisfaction, growth, and retention.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data — track opportunities, update contacts, and record key activities.
  • Stay informed on product trends, vendor promotions, and market opportunities to strengthen your value to customers.
  • Manage run-rate business for existing accounts and ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Provide feedback and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
  • Coordinate with vendor partners to align on pricing, promotions, and technical configurations. 🎓 What You’ll Bring 1–2 years of sales experience (inside sales, account management, or business development).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT hardware, software, and reseller channels strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals .
  • Strong attention to detail , organization, and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated with an unrelenting drive to learn and succeed in a technology-driven environment. 💰 Compensation & Benefits Remote position (U.S.-based, ideally within the Mid-Atlantic region).
