We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager in the Toms River, NJ and surrounding market.

Job Description :

• Research and find events and shows within our assigned territory
• Negotiate contracts with the event vendors
• Book an annual calendar of events and shows
• Recruit, hire and train event demonstrators
• Work at events to generate 'leads' alongside event demonstrators in a 'lead by example' role.
• Schedule demonstrators to work events
• Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down
• Set appointments for a free in-home consultation at the events and shows
• Follow up on the contest entries and schedule them for a free in-home consultation
• Measure and report results
