Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the Pharmacy function that supports Medicaid & Individual Markets lines of business. Responsible for improving the quality of care related to various State and CMS quality measures measures . Role will partner with appropriate parties support the coordination of health care delivery functions within Medicaid and Individual and Family Markets. The role will lead efforts related to operational and cost efficiency, product design, pricing, sales strategy and revenue optimization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Registered Pharmacist
• Pharmacy degree (Phar.D. or Bachelor)
• 15 years’ experience in a Pharmacy environment
• 12 years of managerial experience in a Pharmacy environment including managing a budget, staff training, hiring, performance management, and goal setting.
• Leadership skills to lead diverse operations.
• Data analytical skills including developing reports and tools and analyzing outcomes and trends.
• Experience developing and facilitating presentations to upper management and external organizations.
• Verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills to work across an organization and work with a team to achieve successful results.
• Experience in a position involving a high degree of self-direction, initiative, sound decision-making and effective organizational skills.
• Experience in a position requiring changing priorities and high visibility.
• Negotiation skills.
• PC proficiency in Microsoft applications and pharmacy databases.
• Overseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs.
• Translating needs and initiatives into compelling business cases.
• Conducting cost-benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROI

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$158,300.00 - $293,800.00
