Overview

CoStar delivers real-time, verified commercial real estate data to help clients identify opportunities and make informed decisions. Our Market Research team captures critical market information, supporting the economy by enabling businesses to open and expand.

We are seeking an Associate Research Consultant (Field Leads) to join our research team. You will contact key decision makers in the real estate sector, curate listings, and gather market-critical information to assist our clients in making high-impact decisions. This position is in-office Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of commercial real estate inventory.
• Make 50+ daily inbound and outbound calls to real estate professionals to gather property and transaction data.
• Investigate new listings, sales, leases, ownership, and construction information.
• Develop relationships with clients and help them market their properties on CoStar.
• Strategically outreach to add listings from leads submitted by Field Research and onboard new contacts.
