Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Overview :

Are you ready to make a difference in patient care? As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Carle Health, you will play a vital role in supporting our Registered Nurses (RNs) and ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care. You’ll work closely with RNs, especially in high-acuity situations, and assist with patient loads to provide essential services.

Your Role Includes :

• Administering oral medications and IV piggyback medications.
• Performing trach care and dressing changes.
• Documenting assessments and care plans after the RN has initiated them.
• Collaborating with the Unit Nurse Leader (UNL) to manage patient loads effectively.

Compensation and Benefits :

The compensation range for this position is $23.90 - $39.91 per hour . This range reflects our commitment to fair compensation based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members.
