About the Role New Look New Life is seeking a creative and technically skilled Digital Media Manager to join our team full-time. This role goes beyond social media — we’re looking for someone who can film and edit professional long-form video content , develop strategic campaigns, and bring powerful storytelling to life across platforms.

You’ll shape the visual voice of our brand through cinematic storytelling, educational features, and marketing content that captures the art and science of aesthetic medicine.

Key Responsibilities Film and edit professional-grade content for social media and long-form platforms (YouTube, documentaries, educational features, and marketing videos).

Create, schedule, and post content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X .

Conceptualize and execute digital strategies that align with New Look New Life’s brand vision and growth goals.

Collaborate with the clinical and marketing teams to produce authentic, story-driven visuals highlighting treatments, transformations, and patient education.

Track and analyze performance metrics to continually optimize creative direction.

Manage digital assets and ensure brand consistency across all media.

Qualifications Proven experience in videography and film editing (portfolio required).

Proficiency with professional cameras and editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

Strong background in social media content creation , storytelling, and visual branding.

Understanding of trends in aesthetics, lifestyle, and educational media .

Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

A creative eye for lighting, framing, and composition.

Portfolio or work samples required , with an emphasis on film, documentary, educational, or marketing content.
