What you'll do

• Set up and run CNC equipment to meet specifications and quality targets.
• Read and apply blueprints, drawings, and schematics to guide machining operations.
• Continuously monitor operations; adjust tooling, speeds, and offsets to maintain tolerance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain an orderly, safe workstation that meets all safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers to refine setups, reduce waste, and improve throughput.
• Record setups, inspections, and production details with accuracy.
