We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Attorney with 3-8 years of experience to join our Florida office!! The ideal candidate will have qualifications in construction defect / professional liability defense litigation.

Responsibilities :

Conduct legal research and analysis

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations

Work closely with partners and senior associates on case strategy and preparation

Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel

Manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Admitted to the Florida state bar

3-8 years of experience in construction defect / professional liability defense litigation.

Strong research and writing skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation And Benefits

Billable hour requirement of 1900 per year

Potential salary range is $130,000-$165,000

Note : Base salary is determined by number of years practicing and substantive experience and may be different than the pay range indicated here.
