We are seeking a strategic, high-impact Sales Director – Walmart to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across Walmart’s brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels. This role requires a visionary leader who can build strong partnerships, align cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
Ideal candidates will have experience in home textiles, soft home goods, consumer packaged goods, private label, or home and lifestyle brands, with a proven record of success in an omnichannel retail environment.

Primary Responsibilities :
Planning & Execution : Develop and implement sales and long-term business strategies; oversee annual and quarterly joint business plans.Relationship Management : Act as a trusted advisor to Walmart and internal teams; lead enterprise-level negotiations; maintain senior-level relationships.Financial & Data Oversight : Manage budgets, pricing, promotions, and profitability levers; leverage analytics to drive decisions and business storytelling.Team Leadership & Operational Excellence : Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team; drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and product management; identify process improvements for operational efficiency.Market Analysis : Monitor trends and competitors to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or related roles with large retail accounts.Strong background working with Walmart or within the broader consumer goods / retail industry.Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.Strong analytical skills and business acumen to translate data into strategic insights.Deep understanding of Walmart’s business model, retail dynamics, and shopper behavior.Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and retail analytics platforms.
