- Event Management : Plan and execute all event logistics, including timelines, vendor relations, and shipping, while ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Vendor & Dealer Coordination : Research, negotiate with, and manage vendors, including securing contracts for venues, booth companies, and services. Coordinate all event materials and dealer marketing needs.
- On-Site Execution : Serve as the lead for trade shows and events, overseeing staff, assisting with setup and teardown, and capturing content for marketing.
- Analysis & Reporting : Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, track leads and ROI, and recommend improvements for future events.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field.Strong skills in project management, organization, and communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with event budgeting and logistics.Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Company Description
