A company is looking for a Support Enablement Senior Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and delivery of complex programs, addressing customer pain points and business needs
Develop program strategies and roadmaps, defining KPIs and reporting on results
Identify operational problems and implement scalable solutions through processes and tools
Required Qualifications
6-8 years of strategy program management experience, including 1-3 years in Enablement or Learning & Development
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Proven success in launching transformational enablement initiatives that enhance customer experience
Strong program management skills and ability to derive insights from data
Experience in a global Operations, Customer Success, or Customer Experience organization is preferred
