Role Overview
A global leader in commercial products is seeking an experienced IT Lead Business Process Analyst to join their Denver-based team. In this highly visible role, you’ll lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of business software solutions that drive process improvement and add measurable value. You’ll serve as the critical link between internal stakeholders and IT, guiding the development of integrated business solutions and mentoring a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the development and enhancement of business software performance, focusing on SAP and related ERP / manufacturing systems.
Manage large, complex projects—overseeing budgets, timelines, communications, and deliverables.
Drive process improvements by understanding end-to-end business processes and system integration points.
Design, configure, test, and manage change management processes for system updates.
Determine requirements and coordinate internal / external resources for software enhancements and modifications.
Collaborate with other process teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of IT Business Process Analysts.
Support improvement initiatives aligned with procurement and supply chain business processes, using tools like SAP, Ariba, and Aravo.
Lead design for enhancements requiring new code (coding handled by SAP / IT developers).
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of applied technical / configuration experience in SAP or other ERP systems, with a strong focus on Procure to Pay (P2P) functions.
Proven experience leading and delivering large, complex projects.
Strong technical background in SAP configuration; able to support and mentor team members.
Experience working with ABAP / IT development teams and providing detailed design guidance.
Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources with accountability for results.
Effective communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to drive process improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Light travel required
Hybrid work arrangement : 3 days onsite in Denver, 2 days WFH.
Requirements
