Reporting to the Manufacturing and Operations Leader, the Packer is responsible for supporting the production process by assembling, inspecting, and preparing finished products for shipment, while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met. This is an on-site role at our Elk Grove Village, IL facility. Schedule : Monday-Friday, 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 15 AM or 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM. Overtime or weekends may be required.

In this role, a typical day will look like :

Essential Job Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Basic knowledge of assembly processes and equipment.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.

Ability to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $19.00 - $22.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
