Job Overview

Armorock is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EHS Coordinator to lead environmental compliance and workplace safety efforts at our Boulder City, Nevada manufacturing facility. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting employee well-being, and fostering a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable conducting safety training on the floor and managing air permit data behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Environmental Compliance (50%)

• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including air permits, hazardous waste, SPCC, stormwater, and EPCRA Tier II / TRI reporting.
• Maintain and update site-specific environmental permits, reports, and record keeping systems.
• Coordinate environmental audits, inspections, and sampling, and serve as the point of contact for regulators.
• Monitor VOC emissions, track raw material usage, and support corporate environmental reporting.
• Implement and maintain site environmental policies and procedures in alignment with corporate standards.
