Job Schedule : Day Time Wed 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM Thur 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM Sat 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting staff, patients, and visitors as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible presence.Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as required.Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines, adapting to the unique needs of a healthcare location.What We're Looking For :
