Administrative Assistant
Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring professional and timely responses.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Assist with data entry, office supply ordering, and vendor coordination.
Support the planning and logistics of meetings, events, and team activities.
Collaborate with various departments to support operational needs and special projects.
Uphold confidentiality and represent the company with professionalism.
Required :
1-3 years of administrative or office support experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
Preferred :
Experience supporting multiple team members or departments.
Familiarity with office management tools or project management software.
