A company is looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and win-back

Design and manage multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that are personalized and relevant across various platforms

Lead and mentor a team of lifecycle marketing specialists while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

Ten + years of progressive experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM, with significant leadership experience

Proven track record of executing successful lifecycle marketing strategies that yield measurable business results

Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
