Your Role as a Speech Therapist
As a Speech Therapist at Aegis Healthcare, you will :
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and screenings.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing function.
Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams for coordinated, patient-centered care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with care standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Current Speech Therapist license, registration, or certification in Nebraska.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (preferred).
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation.
Proof of Auto Insurance & Vehicle Registration.
Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check.
Current HEP B Record.
Current CPR Certification (we can help you obtain this).
Negative TB Test (we can provide testing).
