Lead Business Operations Analyst

PCG is seeking a Lead Business Operations Analyst to work in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a growing national consulting team. This position plays a key role in ongoing support for our existing clients, primarily focusing on implementation activities and support for EDPlan MTSS across the county in various phases : sales and business development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support. This position will be responsible for engaging client stakeholders with our EDPlan MTSS solution.

Duties and Responsibilities include :
- Leading and supporting multiple projects, designing processes, creating operational tools and providing data analytics products for internal and client audiences
- Developing recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations and communicating with other departments as necessary; determining and implementing best practices both internal and external
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis for MTSS analytics using Business Objects or other similar tools
- Presenting findings to team members and clients regarding system reporting and functionality
- Assisting with supervision, training and development of junior staff and directly overseeing the work of less experienced Operations Analysts
- Performing special projects independently upon request or in support of independent initiatives
- Providing Tier 3 support via Zendesk helpdesk
