The Aircraft Component Mechanic is responsible for performing regular maintenance and repairs on various aircraft components, ensuring all work complies with federal, Airside MRO, and OSHA regulations. Key duties include inspecting components for defects, consulting maintenance manuals to guide repairs, and installing new or replacement parts to improve performance. The mechanic also performs sheet metal repairs, identifies and resolves mechanical issues, and maintains detailed documentation of all inspections, repairs, and services. They ensure that all tasks are performed efficiently and to specifications while following safety and regulatory standards.

FAA / DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Program
This position is subject to the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) drug and alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 40 and Part 120. As part of our compliance with these regulations, candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test prior to starting work.
