About Swine & Sons
Swine & Sons is a casual counter-service restaurant serving Southern-inspired smashburgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, and smoked pork, as well as homemade sides, snacks, and desserts. Chef / owners Rhys and Alexia Gawlak opened the first Swine & Sons location in Winter Park in 2015 and a second location inside Tuffy’s Bottle Shop & Lounge in Sanford in 2021. The award-winning chef / owners are CIA-graduates who bring over 25 years each of casual and upscale dining experience to the brand. Their food has been featured in Edible Orlando, Orlando Magazine, the Orlando Sentinel, and the Orlando Weekly, and the chefs have been featured on the Food Network as champions on Guy’s Grocery Games.
Compensation & Benefits
Cashiers are offered a base hourly rate of $10 - $13, and all hourly positions (FOH and BOH) are tipped.
Health, vision, and dental insurance is available to all full-time team members after 90 days of employment.
