Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters, to ensure system efficiency. Test heat pump systems to verify proper functionality and compliance with specifications. Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and Denver building codes for accurate installations. Collaborate with technicians and engineering teams to streamline installation processes and improve product design. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining system operations. Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment and installation procedures, fostering a culture of learning. Ensure all installations meet safety standards and regulatory requirements. Experience : Proven expertise as an HVAC installer and team lead, with deep knowledge of residential HVAC systems. Certifications : F32 National Standard Residential Mechanical Class C (Denver) preferred; HVAC NATE, Section 608, or BPI certifications preferred but not required. Skills : Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics, familiarity with Denver building codes, and excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Communication : Fluent English for clear communication with clients and teams. Physical Ability : Able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in tight spaces, at heights, and in varying conditions. Requirements : Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record. Mindset : Collaborative, eager to mentor, and committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions.
