Job Description
Ready to put your CNC skills to work in a shop that values craftsmanship? We’re hiring CNC Operators to join our brand-new 2nd shift team! You’ll work with Biesse CNC Routers on a variety of wood products in a humidity-controlled facility—no more sweating through your shift! Plus, you’ll enjoy three-day weekends every week.
We specialize in precision wood manufacturing, producing high-quality components from Baltic Birch, MDF, plywood, solid wood, laminates, melamine, and veneer. If you know your way around a CNC Router and enjoy hands-on work, this is the role for you!
As a CNC Operator, you’ll be responsible for running (4) Biesse CNC Routers, including both flat table and pod & rail machines. Your day will involve setting up tools and preparing materials for production, ensuring each job runs smoothly. You'll conduct periodic quality inspections, including first article checks for new production runs, while using tape measures and calipers to confirm accuracy. Reading manufacturing prints and inputting dimensions into the computer program will be part of your routine, along with logging jobs and accessing production prints through an ERP system. You’ll also operate vacuum lifts and receive material handling support to keep production moving efficiently.
