Group Lead

As Group Lead you will oversee the day-to-day operations and supervise a team of drivers while conducting random audits to ensure service is being delivered as outlined by our customers.

Position Requirements :

• We are looking for experienced candidates that have a level of knowledge in the production field and can direct and lead a team of 25 employees.
• Experience with meeting valid external customer requirements, supervisory / managerial capabilities, process management, and PC skills.
• Provide clear written and verbal instruction to employees and promptly address any questions or concerns.
• Educate and train new team members as well provide support for the Yard Manager.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are always obeyed.
• Planning daily activities and delegating tasks.
• Analyze group performed and make recommendations for improvement.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
