Contract Administrator (Retail Energy Industry)

What You’ll Do :
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal departments, vendors, and external partners.
Review and process contract documentation with precision and attention to detail.
Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Support operational workflows through CRM and Order-to-Cash systems.
Manage and verify UDC / ISO / LDC market EDI transactions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
Adapt seamlessly to new systems, market changes, and evolving business processes.
What You’ll Bring :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reason through complex scenarios.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities — you thrive under a heavy workload.
Prior experience in the retail energy sector , with working knowledge of industry transaction processes.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ; experience with SQL query development is a plus.
A customer-service mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Pay Details : $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
