Join our team as a Quality Tech 3 and be a key player in driving product excellence! You'll solve quality issues, calibrate test equipment, develop inspection plans, and train junior technicians. In this role, you'll also support audits, analyze quality data, generate reports, and apply statistical methods to improve processes.

What You Will Do

• Inspection Planning :

Develop and maintain inspection plans, storyboards, and data collection forms.

Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming materials per procedure.

Perform inspections using visual checks, gauges, and test equipment.

Communicate quality issues clearly and compile data for quality reports.

Apply basic statistical methods for process control and generate key reports (e.g., first article, capability studies).

Train inspectors and junior technicians; help develop and update training materials and documentation.

Conduct product and process audits using test equipment and documented procedures.

Perform equipment calibration and coordinate with external providers.

Compensation : The expected base pay range for this role is $26 - $32 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
