Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and support Epic Resolute Claims and Resolute Professional Billing applications.
• Build and maintain all claims integration and payment systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain claims and remittance workflows.
• Provides on-call services as required.

Qualifications

Baccalaureate degree in information management or other healthcare-related field or comparable experience in healthcare related or system implementation field.

Three years experience in an information technology field or healthcare organization.

Hours and Schedule

Days

Monday - Friday - requires willingness to work occasional evening, weekend and holiday hours.
