Hayden Grove of St. Anthony is seeking dedicated Resident Assistants to support our residents in a warm and welcoming senior living community. We currently have openings PM short shift and on-call!

As a Resident Assistant, you'll provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living, helping our residents maintain dignity and independence in both an assisted living and memory care setting. Shifts Available :

• PM Short Shift : 0.6 4pm-9pm
• On-call : 2 shifts per month requirement

Resident Assistant Job Objective(s) :

The Resident Assistant is responsible for providing hands-on care, both physical and emotional, as outlined in each resident’s service agreement. Responsible for effectively communicating with residents, families, and notifying the case manager of any changes in condition or concerns. The Resident Assistant assists in the dining room and participating in activities and outings.
