Business Development Representative Summary : The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving referral growth and building lasting partnerships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations. This individual will serve as the face of the company in the community, promoting our services and demonstrating our commitment to exceptional patient care. Business Development Representative Responsibilities : Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with referral sources such as physicians, discharge planners, case managers, assisted living communities, and hospitals Generate qualified leads and manage the referral pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets Conduct regular sales calls, community visits, and presentations to educate potential partners about our services Collaborate with clinical and intake teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and positive referral source experiences Analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand territory presence Participate in networking events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular activity reports to leadership Business Development Representative Qualifications : Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing – healthcare or home health care experience highly preferred Established network of healthcare professionals and referral sources is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Self-starter with a high level of initiative and drive to exceed goals Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Business Development Representative Benefits : Competitive starting salary plus incentive pay.
